Bill Smith is a distinguished marketing and sales executive. During his 34-year 3M tenure, Mr. Smith served in numerous leadership roles both domestically and internationally in both line businesses and corporate organizations. Prior to his career at 3M, Bill taught and coached cross country, and ran both Track and Field and Cross Country at the University of Minnesota. In retirement Bill returned in 2016 to the University of Minnesota and chaired the Track Facility Funding Campaign.
